Because most pocket watches are more than 60 years old, replacement
parts have to be manufactured individually and unlike many
watchmakers we are able to replace many obsolete parts.

is from £60, plus the cost of manufactured parts where
necessary. The first step is to post
your pocket watch to us at the address below by SPECIAL DELIVERY
( ie recorded and inclusive and insurance).

When we receive your watch, we will examine it and confirm
the exact repair cost by e-mail. We will only undertake the
repair, once you have confirmed (by e-mail) that you accept
the price, otherwise your pocket watch will be returned to
you.
When
we have completed the repair/service, we will call you to
arrange payment either by credit card or by cheque.
